Run your simulation as usual
Start from your own CAD model and run it through the solver you already use, whether CFD, FEA or any other numerical simulation.

OneOpt is connecting to solvers through MCP Learn more
OneOpt is an AI analysis and optimization engine that works after your numerical simulations. Upload your results, set your goals, and get back an optimized CAD component.
One Optimization. One upload, one report, one optimized component.
Trusted by
Your solver calculates how a design performs. OneOpt tells you why, finds what is holding it back, and rebuilds the geometry to perform better.

Reading CAD and simulation results
Under 1 hour
Optimize for what matters to you
SKA, the largest engineering software retailer in Latin America, is our official retailer partner. The same team engineering companies already trust for their software now brings them OneOpt.
Start from your own CAD model and run it through the solver you already use, whether CFD, FEA or any other numerical simulation.
Upload the CAD and the simulation results to OneOpt and set what you want to optimize for: lower weight, higher velocity, better efficiency, or whatever your design needs.
OneOpt reads every result and writes a report of the physical phenomena in your simulation. It flags the problems in the design, proposes geometry changes to improve performance, and then modifies the CAD autonomously.
You get back an optimized component in One Optimization, in under one hour, together with the analysis that explains every change.
I followed the use of OneOpt in engineering project analyses that had previously required approximately two weeks of specialized work to identify improvement and optimization opportunities. It was impressive to observe that the platform performed this same process in less than an hour, delivering structured analyses and recommendations that resulted in a solution superior to the one obtained through traditional methods.
The ability to transform weeks of technical work into actionable insights in a matter of minutes demonstrates the potential of artificial intelligence to significantly increase productivity and the quality of decisions in engineering.

I got to know the OneOpt proposal and I believe it addresses one of the main pain points of engineering teams: transforming repetitive and time-consuming analytical activities into more agile and efficient processes.
The combination of automation and engineering has great potential to increase productivity, accelerate development cycles, and allow specialists to dedicate more time to higher value-added activities. It is an initiative I follow with interest and see as a relevant contribution to the evolution of engineering.

From wind turbines to race cars, OneOpt finds performance that conventional optimization leaves on the table.
+6%
We took an existing turbine design and, in just 48 hours, raised its energy generation by 6%. OneOpt analyzed the aerodynamic simulation of the rotor, pinpointed where performance was being lost, and applied the geometry changes that lifted the output of a design that was already in place.
3:1
The target was a 3:1 pressure ratio under aggressive operating conditions, a result conventional optimization techniques could not reach. OneOpt analyzed the flow through the compressor, flagged the regions limiting performance, and reshaped the geometry until the target ratio was achieved.
0.26 → 0.32 Cp
OneOpt raised the power coefficient from 0.26 to 0.32, making it the best small wind turbine ever developed. Starting from the simulation of the original design, it identified the losses across the rotor and proposed the geometry changes that extract more energy from the same wind.
+15%
A 15% increase in system efficiency. OneOpt analyzed the airflow simulation of the ventilation system, located the losses and flow problems in the design, and modified the geometry so the system moves the same air with less energy.
Lap time
OneOpt analyzed a motorsport car to find the best setup for lap time. Instead of testing setup combinations one by one, the team got a clear picture of how each change affects the car on track, and a recommended setup to go faster.
Same CAD, same solver. OneOpt removes the weeks spent reading results and reworking geometry by hand.
Illustrative timeline for one component. Analysis time reflects a OneOpt project that previously took about two weeks of specialized work.
OneOpt is starting to connect directly to solvers through MCP, the Model Context Protocol. Next, OneOpt will integrate natively with all major solvers, so results flow in without manual uploads.
Engineering data is among the most valuable information a company owns. OneOpt is built to protect it.
Your data is not used to train language models (LLMs).
Images, reports, and your company's data belong exclusively to you.
We use two-factor authentication (2FA) linked to your corporate email.
Your data is stored solely and exclusively for use in your own account, with no unnecessary retention.
All storage and processing take place on world-class cloud infrastructure, backed by more than 100 international security certifications.
We operate with the ongoing legal backing of our investor companies, ensuring strict compliance with best practices and current legislation.
You provide images of the results of a simulation you ran (CFD, FEA or another numerical method), and your optimization goals, such as reducing weight or increasing velocity. You can optionally provide your CAD model as well.
You receive the optimized component in One Optimization, in under one hour.
No. OneOpt works after your numerical simulation. You keep running your solver as usual; OneOpt analyzes the results, explains the physics, and optimizes the geometry.
A report of the physical phenomena in your simulation, the problems flagged in the design, the suggested geometry changes, and the optimized CAD with those changes applied.
No. Your data is never used to train language models, and your images, reports and data belong exclusively to you.
OneOpt works with results from numerical simulations such as CFD and FEA. Native solver integrations through MCP are coming soon.
